(HRB) is chain store supplying tax credit services. Every year tax order is ordered. Then, cash flows into. HRB because chain model, its network bars another competitive company. HRB is largest firm in America. Sales are higher every year.so, second largest company will be far more far place. but , HRB is only inside USA. In foreign there is nothing. Sales buffer in nothing in America. Since this, what will (HRB) do?

“Today after (DM) announced an acquisition it’s price went down. I have seen the same thing with (HAE) stocks in Sep after they acquired a company. Is it because traders/market wants to evaluate the acquisition and act based on the analysis?”
