Pentagon Unveils Plan For “Pre-Emptive Strike” On North Korea

Just hours after Trump made his famously heated vow to unleash “fire and fury” on North Korea if provocations by the Kim regime continued, the US Air Force issued a very clear statement in which it explicitly said that it was “ready to fight tonight”, launching an attack of B-1 bombers if so ordered:

“How we train is how we fight and the more we interface with our allies, the better prepared we are to fight tonight,” said a 37th EBS B-1 pilot. “The B-1 is a long-range bomber that is well-suited for the maritime domain and can meet the unique challenges of the Pacific.”

Now, according to an NBC report, it appears that the B-1 pilot was dead serious, as the Pentagon has unveiled a plan for a preemptive strike on North Korean missile sites with bombers stationed in Guam, once Donald Trump gives the order to strike. Echoing what we said yesterday that war “under any analysis, is insanity“, the preemptive strike plan is viewed as the “best option available” out of all the bad ones:

“There is no good option,” a senior intelligence official involved in North Korean planning told NBC News, but a unilateral American bomber strike not supported by any assets in the South constitutes “the best of a lot of bad options.”

The attack would consist of B-1 Lancer heavy bombers located on Andersen Air Force Base in Guam, a senior acting and retired military officials told NBC news.

Of all the military options … [President Donald Trump] could consider, this would be one of the two or three that would at least have the possibility of not escalating the situation,” retired Admiral James Stavridis, former Supreme Allied Commander Europe and an NBC News analyst, said.

Why the B-1?

Military sources told NBC News that the internal justification for centering a strike on the B-1 is both practical and intricate. The B-1 has the largest internal payload of any current bomber in the U.S. arsenal. A pair of bombers can carry a mix of weapons in three separate bomb bays — as many as 168 500-pound bombs — or more likely, according to military sources, the new Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile — Extended Range (JASSM-ER), a highly accurate missile with a range of 500 nautical miles, allowing the missile to be fired from well outside North Korean territory.

There is another important consideration: according to one senior military officer, “the B-1 has also been selected because it has the added benefit of not being able to carry nuclear weapons. Military planners think that will signal China, Russia, and Pyongyang that the U.S. is not trying to escalate an already bad situation any further.

The plan explains why in recent weeks pairs of B-1s have conducted 11 practice runs of a similar mission since the end of May, the last taking place on Monday, around the time Trump and Kim were exchanging unpleasantries in the media, with the training has accelerated since May, according to officials. In an actual mission, NBC notes that the non-nuclear bombers would be supported by satellites and drones and surrounded by fighter jets as well as aerial refueling and electronic warfare planes.

There are currently at least six B-1 bombers on Andersen Air Force base, which is located some 3,200km from North Korea. If given the command, these strategic bombers would target around two dozen North Korean “missile-launch sites, testing grounds and support facilities” according to sources cited by NBC.

Asked about the B-1 bomber plan, two U.S. officials told NBC News that the bombers were among the options under consideration but not the only option. NBC points out that “action would come from air, land and sea — and cyber.”

Of course, as we elaborated yesterday, striking North Korea is certain to prompt an immediate and deadly response that could involve targets as near as Seoul, just 40 miles from the border, or as far away as Andersen AFB, according to Adm. Stavridis.

The use of the B-1 bombers to actually drop bombs and destroy Korean infrastructure and kill North Koreans would cause an escalation,” said Stavridis. “Kim Jong Un would be compelled to respond. He would lash out militarily, at a minimum against South Korea, and potentially at long-range targets, perhaps including Guam. … That’s a bad set of outcomes from where we sit now.”

“Diplomacy remains the lead,” said Gen. Terrence J. O’Shaughnessy, the U.S. Pacific Air Forces commander, after the B-1 bombers’ late May training run. “However, we have a responsibility to our allies and our nation to showcase our unwavering commitment while planning for the worst-case scenario. If called upon, we are ready to respond with rapid, lethal, and overwhelming force at a time and place of our choosing.”

* * *

Finally, should the worst-case scenario be put in play, and conventional war is launched, here is what Capital Economics predicted would be the drastic economic consequences from even a contained, non-nuclear war.

  • North Korea’s conventional forces, which include 700,000 men under arms and tens of thousands of artillery pieces, would be able to cause immense damage to the South Korean economy. If the North was able to set off a nuclear bomb in South Korea, the consequences would be even greater. Many of the main targets in South Korea are located close to the border with the North. The capital, Seoul, which accounts for roughly a fifth of the country’s population and economy, is located just 35 miles from the North Korean border, and would be a prime target.
  • The experience of past military conflicts shows how big an impact wars can have on the economy. The war in Syria has led to a 60% fall in the country’s GDP. The most devastating military conflict since World War Two, however, has been the Korean War (1950-53), which led to 1.2m South Korean deaths, and saw the value of its GDP fall by over 80%.
  • South Korea accounts for around 2% of global economic output. A 50% fall in South Korean GDP would directly knock 1% off global GDP. But there would also be indirect effects to consider. The main one is the disruption it would cause to global supply chains, which have been made more vulnerable by the introduction of just-in-time delivery systems. Months after the Thai floods had receded in 2011 electronics and automotive factories across the world were still reporting shortages.
  • The impact of a war in Korea would be much bigger. South Korea exports three times as many intermediate products as Thailand. In particular, South Korea is the biggest producer of liquid crystal displays in the world (40% of the global total) and the second biggest of semiconductors (17% market share). It is also a key automotive manufacturer and home to the world’s three biggest shipbuilders. If South Korean production was badly damaged by a war there would be shortages across the world. The disruption would last for some time – it takes around two years to build a semi-conductor factory from scratch.
  • The impact of the war on the US economy would likely be significant. At its peak in 1952, the US government was spending the equivalent of 4.2% of its GDP fighting the Korean War. The total cost of the second Gulf War (2003) and its aftermath has been estimated at US$1trn (5% of one year’s US GDP). A prolonged war in Korea would significantly push up US federal debt, which at 75% of GDP is already uncomfortably high.
  • Reconstruction after the war would be costly. Infrastructure, including electricity, water, buildings, roads and ports, would need to be rebuilt. Massive spare capacity in China’s steel, aluminium and cement industries mean reconstruction would unlikely be inflationary, and should instead provide a boost to global demand. The US, a key ally of South Korea, would likely shoulder a large share of the costs. The US spent around US$170bn on reconstruction after the most recent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. South Korea’s economy is roughly 30 times larger than these two economies combined. If the US were to spend proportionally the same amount on reconstruction in Korea as it did in Iraq and Afghanistan, it would add another 30% of GDP to its national debt.

Naturally, should North Korea manage to successfully launch a nuke, the devastation, economic and otherwise, would be orders of magnitude greater.

  • daniel1154

My job is to negotiate fair contracts for both sides, and protect the interests of the taxpayers. I do a good job of it.

  • daniel1154

I’ve worked as hard as anyone you know, and I earned everything I have. Taxpayers had nothing to do with it. I’m very proud of my accomplishments, and unlike you Comrade Dillweed, I am not angry and bitter about anything.

  • JohnDille

ENJOY YOUR ILL GOTTEN GAINS!!! I AM SURE THAT THE TAXPAYERS WHO MADE YOU RICH WILL APPRECIATE THE GOOD LIFE THAT YOU LEAD ON THEIR DIME!!! I have a great life. Sitting in my home a block from the beach in Mexico. When I go back to the US this week I’ll sit in my home on the beach in Maryland, one of two that I own there. Plenty of money, a beautiful girlfriend, wonderful health. Life if for living. My only problem is I have too much work to do this weekend, so I’m going to give you the weekend off. I’ll find my mental break elsewhere, although you are a very easy mental break.

  • daniel1154

Negotiating a contract with a defense company. It is what I do, although I generally do it Internationally. I have done business in 32 countries, contributing to our national defense to allow you the right to post hate as you is your pastime. This one is domestic and small so it won’t take more than a day but the lawyers want my inputs Monday so they can prepare their piece.

  • JohnDille

YOU POST FAR FAR FAR MORE THAN I DO… OBVIOUSLY BECAUSE YOUR LIVE IS A TOTAL DEAD END!!! AND NOW THAT YOU ARE GETTING OLD… IT BOTHERS YOU THAT YOU HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING USEFUL… OR EVEN INTERESTING… IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE!!! MEANWHILE….

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out — Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out — Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out — Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me…. but there was no one left to speak out for me!!! The words above are displayed at the United States Holocaust Museum. This week, amid outrage over President Trump’s rhetoric about the neo-Nazis and white supremacists who clashed with counterprotesters in Charlottesville, they have been recited around the world as a simple, haunting warning…. those who still can…. must speak out against the rapid rise of right wing hatred and bigotry here in the United States… and in many places around the world.

AND THAT IS WHY I SPEAK OUT AGAINST YOUR LIES AND HATRED AND SELF SERVING RIGHT WING BALONEY!!! AND AGAINST MANY OTHER RIGHT WINGERS, AS WELL!!!

  • JohnDille

WHAT ARE YOU NEGOTIATING… THE RESIGNATION OF DONALD TRUMP.. IF HE AGREES TO RESIGN IN ORDER TO AVOID PROSECUTION FOR TREASON AND NUMEROUS FINANCIAL CRIMES???? GOOD LUCK WITH THAT… TRUMP IS TOO ARROGANT AND SELF CENTERED TO RESIGN UNLESS IT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT HE WILL GO TO PRISON… FOR A LONG LONG TIME… UNLESS HE DOES RESIGN!!! IN THE FACE OF THAT… HE WILL LIKELY RESIGN BEFORE THE SNOW FLIES HERE IN THE MOUNTAINS… IN JUST A COUPLE OF WEEKS!!!

  • daniel1154

PS. I am working all weekend to prepare for a negotiation in Washington on August 30th, so I will be taking a break know and then to ridicule you when given the opportunity.

  • daniel1154

You don’t have a life. You are posting filth 24/7, 7 days a week. You are just afraid to mix it up with me anymore, because I remember everything you claim, prove you to be a liar, and make a fool of you.

  • JohnDille

UNLIKE YOU, I HAVE A LIFE… AND I NORMALLY HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO… AND I DO NOT GET A BIG GOVERNMENT SPONSORED CHECK FOR DOING NOTHING… LIKE YOU DO!!! MEANWHILE…..
These two big-business advisory groups, the “Manufacturing Council” and the “Strategy & Policy Forum” haven’t met since last February so they have been dysfunctional anyway. So, on Wednesday the President said, “rather than putting pressure on business people of the Manufacturing Council and the Strategy & Policy Forum, I am ending both.”

It is no wonder the stock market doesn’t seem to know what path to embrace. The propaganda of stimulus via Republican fiscal policies is looking less and less likely, with Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell unable to deliver anything productive to the President from the Senate, whether by design or sheer ineffectiveness.

    New Recession Signs

Meanwhile, notice what is happening to industrial production. We are slipping into recession as I have been warning! This economic situation is not going away!

On Thursday, we learned that industrial production missed expectations — at 0.2% in July from 0.4% in June. Manufacturing production shrank -0.1%, damaged by a 3.6% plunge in motor vehicle production (the demand for cars is plunging now).

Technically, the stock market is breaking down through some key long-term support levels, especially in the small-cap stocks. It is now becoming more apparent that July was indeed the top in the Russell 2000 index, our leading market index, as it tested support levels again today and broke well below its 200-day moving average and most recent low.

After Thursday’s selling the Russell 2000 has zero gains for 2017. This isn’t to say that the Russell 2000 can’t try and bottom around previous lows at the 1342-1351 support levels but it is exceptionally vulnerable, as breach of these support levels could bring on fast market selling, with sell stops being triggered now.

I think the OTC is also very vulnerable as market breadth, the technical underpinning of the Nasdaq Composite, is plunging now. Prices are beginning the process to revert back to mean averages.

Remember — if the McClellan Summation Index drops to -500, a long-term bear market signal is generated in the Nasdaq Composite via this indicator.

What is also worrisome is the equal weight of the Nasdaq 100 has just dropped to an all-time relative low.

This illustrates that up to this point most of the work, even within this index, has been done by a handful of big tech names, which also got smacked in the nose. Once again, seasonality factors point to a black storm right before the August-September-through-October time period, where investors would be wise to put capital preservation as their top priority.

I am concerned that too many have forgotten how a bear market develops.

  • daniel1154

What’s wrong Comrade Dillweed? Tired of getting your a$$ kicked?

  • JohnDille

YOU ENJOY SPREADING LIES AND TWISTING FACTS AND LIBELING AND SLANDERING PEOPLE???? BECAUSE… WHEN YOU BOIL IT ALL DOWN… THAT IS THE ONLY LIFE YOU HAVE!!! AND I AM THE ONLY PERSON ON EARTH DUMB ENOUGH TO WASTE TIME RESPONDING TO YOUR HATE AND CONTEMPT AND LIES!!! BUT… THAT IS MY JOB, AFTER ALL… WHAT IS YOUR EXCUSE????

  • daniel1154

I will enjoy my life no matter what happens, because life is what you make it. You will die posting hate filled filth, angry and bitter, to your dying day, having had no life.

  • JohnDille

GOOD…. THAT MEANS THAT YOU AND ALLL YOUR REPUBLICAN BUDDIES WILL GROW OLD… OR HAVE TO TRY TO SURVIVE… DURING YET ANOTHER REPUBLICAN GENERATED DEPRESSION!!! WE CAN HOPE THAT YOU ENJOY SOUP KITCHENS AND BREAD LINES… BECAUSE THE LONGER REPUBLICANS CONTROL THINGS, THE MORE INEVITABLE THOSE GRIM INSTITUTIONS WILL BECOME!!!

  • daniel1154

Who cares Dillweed. Trump is still President, and he will be for another 7 1/2 years. He’ll probably be President when you die. If not, Pence will.

  • JohnDille

Hold on, this is waiting to be approved by The Trading Report.

SO… YOU ADMIT YOU WERE LYING ABOUT HOW REPUBLICANS HAVE NOT BEEN TRYING TO SCREW OLDER PEOPLE BY FUTZING WITH THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS!!! GEE… WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED???

Breaking news from the White House – Steve Bannon is OUT.

Earlier this week, thousands of you joined us in calling on Trump to fire Bannon, who has close ties to white nationalist groups. You raised your voices, and it worked. Steve Bannon is no longer in the West Wing.

But this is only the beginning. While the hate groups who celebrated Bannon’s appointment are down an ally in the White House, they have plenty more:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions, who was deemed too racist to become a federal judge

Advisor Sebastian Gorka, who earned a medal from a Hungarian NaZZzi-linked group

Advisor Stephen Miller, whose connections to neo-NaZZzi Richard Spencer date back to their days in college, at the campus Conservative Union

President of the United States Donald Trump, who attacks minorities at every turn and promoted the racist “birther” conspiracy against Barack Obama

We can’t stop at Steve Bannon – we need ALL who encourage “alt-right” extremism in America OUT of the White House.

It took Trump days to condemn the right-wing extremist violence that took place in Charlottesville, words he promptly walked back days later with a claim that “some very fine people” were among those carrying torches and screaming NaZZzi slogans.

The influence of those who hold these hateful ideologies cannot be ignored. While Bannon’s ouster is a step in the right direction, the past months have shown that others in this administration will continue their attacks.

  • JohnDille

HEALTH CARE COSTS HAVE BEEN SOARING EVER SINCE RONALD REAGAN TOOK OFFICE AND STARTED FRUCKING AMERICAN WORKERS. AND REPUBLICANS HAVE BEEN OPENLY SABOTAGING OBAMACARE EVER SINCE IT TOOK EFFECT, AND THAT IS WHY IT HAS NOT BEEN AS COST EFFECTIVE AS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN!

  • daniel1154

Now that you got your a$$ whipped trying to argue congress refused to increase social security I notice you changed the subjejct. Typical left wing blooming idiot.

  • daniel1154

Your medicare costs went up because Obamacare cut a half a trillion dollars from the medicare program. In addition, health care costs have soared as a result of Obamacare and since Obamacare took effect.

  • JohnDille

LETS SEE NOW… MY MONTHLY SS BENEFIT WENT UP BY 11 DOLLARS… AND MY MEDICARE PAYMENT… DEDUCTED FROM MY SS BENEFIT… WENT UP 27 DOLLARS… THANKS TO REPUBLICANS SCREWING AROUND WITH THAT SYSTEM!!! SO… THANKS TO TRUMP… MY SS WENT DOWN BY 16 DOLLARS… AND THE VAST MAJORITY OF SOCIAL SECURITY RECIPIENTS CAN SAY THE SAME THING… EXCEPT THE AMOUNTS WOULD BE A BIT DIFFERENT!!! THANKS TRUMP… NOW GET LOST, AND LET OBAMA COME BACK INTO THE WHITE HOUSE SO WE CAN HAVE A REAL PRESIDENT AGAIN!!!

  • daniel1154

Comrade Dillweed, made to look like a fool yet again, because he just makes things up. It was Obama who rejected the increase. From the Hill dot com.

No cost-of-living increase for Social Security in 2016

The Obama administration announced on Thursday that for the first time since 2011, Social Security recipients won’t see an annual cost-of-living increase next year.

It’s the third time the administration has rejected a cost-of-living increase, citing a downward trend in consumer prices that has kept inflation nearly flat.

  • JohnDille

CONGRESS CONTROLS THE SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEMS COLA ADJUSTMENTS… AND REPUBLICANS HAVE TOTALLY CONTROLLED BOTH HOUSE OF CONGRESS FOR 16 OF THE LAST 22 YEARS… MAKE THAT… 17 OF THE LAST 23 YEARS IN JUST A COUPLE OF MONTHS!!! GREEDY THIEVING REPUBLICANS!!!

  • daniel1154

Annualized CPI in January when Trump took office; 2.5%. July annualized CPI, 1.73%. Down substantially.

    You are a liar Dillweed.

Obama gave you 0 increase in your SS check for years. Just one of the many reasons Trump get reelected in a Nixon/Reagan size landslide.

  • JohnDille

YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT DONALD TRUMP AND HIS REPUBLICAN ALLIES ARE GENERATING HIGHER INFLATION… AND THAT THEY ARE USING A FEW EXTRA DOLLARS IN OUR SOCIAL SECURITY CHECKS TO TRY TO BRIBE US INTO BELIEVING THEIR LIES AND SUPPORTING THEIR FRAUDS AND TREASONS???? THAT PROBABLY WORKS ON IDIOTS LIKE YOU… BUT NOT LIBERALS AND OTHER REAL AMERICANS!!!

  • daniel1154

So you like what Republicans say now Dillweed? What do you think about Trump giving you a social security increase after so many years of no increase by Obama?

  • JohnDille

Senator Lyndsey Graham responds to Trump’s attacks: ‘You are now receiving praise from some of the most racist and hate-filled’ people in the country! WAY TO GO, TRUMP… PRETTY SOON ALL THE WHITE SUPREMACISTS IN AMERICA WILL BE YOUR ONLY SUPPORTERS… NOT THAT THAT WILL BE MUCH DIFFERENT THAN IT ALREADY WAS!!!
TRUMP VIRTUALLY ELIMINATED MY WIFE’S SOCIAL SECURITY BY REDUCING HER BENEFITS BECAUSE SHE IS STILL WORKING FULL TIME. HER INCOME IS ONLY SLIGHTLY MORE THIS YEAR THAN IT HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS… BUT NOW SHE EARNS TOO MUCH TO GET HER FULL SS BENEFIT BECAUSE TRUMP AND HIS REPUBLICAN ALLIES HAVE CHANGED THE RULES!!! THANKS TRUMP… YOU RIGHT WING AHOLE!!! FORTUNATELY… SHE WILL NOT LOSE THAT MUCH… ONLY 4,000 A YEAR… THIS YEAR… BUT DOUBLE THAT NEXT YEAR… JUST BECAUSE TRUMP AND HIS REPUBLICAN ALLIES CHANGED SOME RULES ON THE WAY THAT BENEFITS ARE CALCULATED!!! WE WILL SURVIVE OK… UNLIKE MANY MILLIONS OF OTHER ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO WILL SUFFER FROM THOSE SAME RULE CHANGES!!!

  • daniel1154

You owe Trump Dillweed. After years of NO social security increase under Obama, Trump is going to increase the most in years. Amazing what a Republican President and economic growth will do for those who worked hard to earn their social security benefit.

Social Security benefits set to increase by largest amount in years

Americans receiving Social Security benefits in 2018 can expect to see the program’s largest payment increase in years, according to the trustees report released Thursday.

In January, recipients will receive a $28 monthly increase in benefits, which, although amounts to just 2.2%, is much larger than the 0.3% increase in benefits recipients collected this year. In 2016 the program offered no payout increase. The average monthly payment for the program’s 61 million beneficiaries is $1,253.

  • JohnDille

Here Are All The Left-Wing Violent Protests Over The Past Several Years (including attacks by anti-Trump thugs)

The left has a bad habit of allowing their protests to descend into rioting and violence, particularly over the last several years. Whether it’s a police shooting or just being angry about the democratic election of President Donald Trump, destructive riots seem to have become the status quo for the left’s “demonstrations.”

Here are all the leftist violent protests and riots that have occurred over the past several years.

The protests following the Oscar Grant shooting. In 2009, a police officer for Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) shot Grant as he was being detained, later claiming that he thought he was firing his taser. Since the shooting involved cop and a black victim, protests ensued in Oakland, CA. The protests quickly disintegrated into rioting and looting.

Occupy Wall Street. The left-wing movement in 2011 spawned numerous sexual assaults, rapes, destruction of property and all kinds other shocking and nonsensical violence.

The riots in Oakland and Los Angeles after George Zimmerman was acquitted in the Trayvon Martin shooting. In Oakland, the protesters were chucking bottles and rocks at police officers and attacked a reporter, photographer and TV cameraman. They also slowed down traffic. In Los Angeles, numerous protesters vandalized cars and businesses as well as assaulted people on the street.

Numerous riots in Ferguson, MO following the Michael Brown shooting. A whole host of violent riots broke out after the shooting. The UK Telegraph has a full timeline of it here.

The riots in Baltimore, MD after Freddie Gray’s death. Baltimore was literally on fire at the end of April 2015:

A senior center was even set on fire.

Businesses were also vandalized and rioters were throwing cinder blocks at police officers.

The protests that shut down Trump’s March campaign rally in Chicago, IL. Trump had to cancel his rally due to security concerns, as there were some fights between the anti-Trump protesters and Trump supporters, even after the event had been canceled. For instance, a woman punched a 20-year-old man for simply being a Trump supporter in front of a crowd of anti-Trump protestors, including a 10-year-old girl that was with her.

Anti-Trump thugs attack Trump supporters in San Jose, CA. When Trump came to San Jose for a rally in June, the following occurred:

Protesters jumped on cars, pelted Trump supporters with eggs and water balloons, snatched signs and stole “Make America Great” hats off supporters’ heads before burning the hats and snapping selfies with the charred remains.

Several people were caught on camera punching Trump supporters. At least one attacker was arrested, according to CNN, although police did not release much information.

The Daily Wire’s James Barrett highlighted the worst instances of violence outside the rally here.

Riots in Milwaukee, WI after a black police officer shot and killed an armed black man. The rioters attacked police officers and journalists and set police cars, a gas station and a bank ablaze in flames. The Daily Wire’s Michael Qazvini reported on the full details here.

Riots in North Carolina following the shooting of Keith Scott. The riots ensued shortly after Scott’s death, another case of a black man shot and killed by a police officer. It was the usual scene of rioters throwing objects at police officers and lighting objects on fire. Four officers were injured and one person was shot during the riots. A state of emergency was declared.

The riots in Portland, OR, that ensued following Trump’s upset victory in November. The protests were reportedly peaceful at first until an anarchist group joined in. The protesters/rioters quickly turned to breaking windows and throwing objects and police officers.

The protests in Washington, D.C. on the weekend of Trump’s inauguration. A slew of anti-Trump thugs assaulted Trump supporters, injured police officers by throwing bottles and rocks at them and set a limousine fire. The worst moments were highlighted by the Daily Wire here.

The riots that occurred at U.C. Berkeley in response to the planned Milo Yiannopoulos speaking event. Not only did the riots cause the event to be canceled, the following also occurred:

A woman wearing a “Make America Great Again” pepper sprayed in the face
Using metal poles, black-clad thugs chased down and beat Milo supporters
More Trump/Milo supporters pepper sprayed, presumably by these same thugs
    Vandalism.
    Property damage.
    Looting.
    Property damage.
    Physical assault.
    Physical assault.
    Physical assault.

Wages are up too Dillweed. Obama put more people into poverty and on food stamps than any President in history. Wages shrunk during his 8 years of socialism. Workforce participation dropped to an almost 50 year low under Obama.

Trump is making America great again.

  • daniel1154

The left has been spewing hate and committing violence since the 60’s and before. The latest example from an elected Democrat, soon to become ex-elected official, stupidly spewing blind hatred and promoting violence:

“A Missouri state senator said in a now-deleted Facebook post that she hopes President Donald Trump is assassinated.

“Democrat Maria Chappelle-Nadal acknowledged on Thursday that she wrote a post which read: ‘I hope Trump is assassinated!’

“She made the comment in an exchange with a left-wing activist who claimed that his cousin is a Secret Service agent.

“Chappelle-Nadal confirmed to a reporter with St. Louis TV station KMOX that she posted the comment.

“’I put something up on my personal Facebook page and it has now been deleted,’ she said.”

This is the unfortunate truth of the modern American world this week, as the mainstream media continues to push the nation toward a New Civil War.

Beginning in early 2017, as celebrities and pundits began normalizing the idea of Trump’s assassination, the radical left rose to the occasion. Despicable democrats such as James T. Hodgkinson then sprung into action on these debutantes’ cues, firing the first shots of this New Civil War in June of 2017.

Meanwhile, in the real world, the economy is projected to grow 3.7% next quarter.

Under Obama, the economy never grew more than 2% in any quarter, and it only approached 2% twice in 8 years. He was the first President in history to never record a quarter of economic growth during his tenure in history.

Which lunatic left wing Democrat hack wrote this? No wonder Democrats can’t raise money anymore. The base is so lunatic left wing, like Comrade Dillweed, it is almost nonexistant.

    DNC hits another fundraising Low

The Democratic National Committee saw another lean month of fundraising while still carrying a load of debt.
The DNC raised a meager $4.29 million in May, the lowest total since 2003. Although the party sees similar drop-offs in fundraising during off-year elections, this latest lull seems to be indicative of a pattern so far in 2017. The group only took in $4.7 million in April and $6.5 million in March.
The DNC also reported being $1.9 million in debt in the month of May.

Republicans, meanwhile, raised $10.9 million in May and show a steady incline in fundraising during off-year elections. The Republican National Committee raised $9.3 million in 2015 and $7.5 million in 2013. The RNC did not have any debt to report in their filing.

The August congressional recess is here!

We STOPPED the disastrous GOP health care bill — Congress’s most significant attempt to repeal the Affordable Care Act and cut Medicaid funding so far — but the right-wing attacks are still coming and this recess is a critically important time to resist Trump Republicans’ agenda.

Trump and his Republicans allies are using this recess to mobilize their base and shore up their strategies on a number of fronts:

Packing the courts with extreme right-wing judges…

Passing massive tax cuts for corporations and the wealthy on the backs of the working families and low-income communities…

Suppressing voting rights with Trump’s so-called ‘Election Integrity’ Commission…

Taking a sledgehammer to the separation of church and state and some of the last campaign finance safeguards we have left…

Attacking Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election and the Trump administration…

Supporting the ideology of his white supremacist base and keeping white supremacist advisors in the White House…

But there are things that YOU can do this recess, while your members of Congress are home, to fight back and resist.

The pressure on Trump’s corporate #BackersOfHate is working! We just won a HUGE victory.

This afternoon, just as CPD Action, along with our New York partners and allies, prepared to deliver 400,000 petition signatures urging JP Morgan Chase and Blackstone CEOs to quit Trump’s business advisory council, two of Trump’s business councils completely disbanded!

This news comes after a wave of council departures this week, in light of Trump’s continued failure to denounce white supremacist terrorism after the tragedy in Charlottesville, Virginia. Trump previously lost the support of Uber’s CEO following public outrage over the Muslim ban, while Tesla and Disney CEOs quit after Trump announced his withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement.

The disbanding of Trump’s councils is just the beginning. Our ongoing, collective actions to hold Trump’s corporate backers accountable have been critical in pushing the people’s agenda. We need to keep bringing the heat!

While Trump’s business advisory and manufacturing councils are no more, corporations that were on the councils remain complicit co-conspirators of Trump’s hateful agenda. They serve as financiers for immigrant detention centers, major creditors to the oil and gas industries, and so on.

We need to keep the pressure on until each backer of hate becomes a backer of the people instead.

In cities across the country, from Texas to North Carolina to D.C., our local partners have called out the government officials and companies investing in horrific, discriminatory measures that threaten our communities and our planet.

Our network of local organizers will continue to show up at every turn to hold these bad actors accountable. With your help, we can make sure they fully reject Trump’s agenda and stand with the people.

How about this, Charlottsville Democrat resigns over racist tweets. Do you tweet too Dillweed?

Charlottesville Vice Mayor Resigns From School Board Over… Racist Tweets

You might recall Wes Bellamy, the vice-mayor of Charlottesville and member of the Virginia Board of Education who will only refer to President Trump as “45,” and who has been an outspoken activist in the “resistance.

Well, he was just forced to resign from his position with the Albemarle School Board over racist tweets he made over a period of years. The local ABC affiliate reports:

“I do not think that returning to the high school this year is the right thing to do for the young people at the high school,” Bellamy said in his statement. “We have to ensure that our students have the best possible learning environment, and I do not want to do anything that will compromise that.”

Bellamy was a career and technical education instructor, teaching computer science.

Bellamy, who is also the vice-mayor of Charlottesville, recently came under fire due to a series of tweets he sent over a period of years.

The tweets have been described as racist and disparaging of women.

Following the release of the tweets, he voluntarily resigned from his spot on the Virginia Board of Education.

Bellamy was placed on administrative leave from AHS pending an investigation by the Albemarle County School Board.

On August 9, 2017, Law for Black Lives–DC members viewed a publicly-posted photograph of seventeen members of the Metropolitan Police Department’s Gun Recovery Unit (GRU), including Officer Michael Vaillancourt inside of what appears to be an MPD stationhouse in police-issued uniforms and tactical gear. The GRU officers are proudly posing in front of a disturbing logo threatening the residents of the District of Columbia with violence and murder. District of Columbia (“D.C.”) residents have seen members of the Gun Recovery Unit, prominently displaying this murderous logo on their police uniforms while armed, patrolling the community, stopping and frisking individuals, and effectuating arrests. Some of these same officers have been seen wearing hooded sweatshirts printed with this violent logo inside of the DC Superior Courthouse while waiting to testify in criminal cases.

The Gun Recovery Unit treats our community as an active theatre of war, tell MPD to stop them!

Perhaps nothing makes this logo more abhorrent and repulsive than placing it in its appropriate context: Gun Recovery Unit members have been responsible for the recent shootings of Raphael Briscoe, Darius Jamal Murphy, and Mark George; tragically killing both Mr. Briscoe and Mr. Murphy. According to the Metropolitan Police Department’s Annual Reports, between 2013 and 2015, twenty-nine unarmed people…. all of them Black… have been killed and twenty-eight people… most of them Black… have been injured by the intentional firearm discharge of an MPD police officer. After police shootings and killings, MPD often demands that the community not rush to judgment. It is unconscionable for the MPD to expect the benefit of the doubt when their officers shoot and kill Black and Brown citizens while boldly wearing a logo reflecting their cavalier attitudes towards police brutality and murder.

The disturbing Gun Recovery Unit logo prominently features a skull and crossbones, universally understood to be a symbol of death. Through the center of the skull is a single bullet hole—indicating the individual had been shot in the T-zone, a virtual guarantee of death on the first shot. Directly above the skull and crossbones are not one, but two handguns, with handcuffs on either side of the image. Below the image of the skull is a flag reading “vest up one in the chamber”—an admonition to officers to put on a bulletproof vest and to load their firearm with a bullet in the chamber, ready to shoot civilians. By placing “NSID” (the acronym for the Narcotics and Special Investigations Division of MPD) and the “Gun Recovery Unit” on the graphic, the logo clearly sends the message that the Metropolitan Police Department endorses the message captured in the logo.

These symbols are offensive and indicates systemic bias in the policing of Black people. Join us to fight back.

The use of this logo is part of a broader campaign designed to inflict terror on low-income communities of color. For the longest, community members have voiced their fear of the Gun Recovery Unit and concern with their policing tactics. For many in the community, the Gun Recovery Unit has become synonymous with “jump outs”—a policing tactic involving officers literally jumping out of unmarked vehicles, often with their weapons drawn, to illegally stop individuals without justification. “Jump outs” happen at any time, leaving individuals with no recourse against them. This maligned practice ensures that Black and Brown communities live amidst intimidation and an ever-present threat of violence because, as the community well knows, and these officers proudly announce, the officers are “vest[ed] up, [with] one in the chamber.” This provides corroboration to what communities of color in DC have long experienced—the policing of their community through intimidation and violence leading to the killing of community members at the hands of the police.

On behalf of a number of community organizations and community members, Law4BlackLives-DC has formally filed complaints with both the Internal Affairs Division of the Metropolitan Police Department and the Office of Police Complaints regarding this logo and the message it propagates. This logo explicitly associates MPD with threats of death, violence, and the celebration of a climate of police brutality. We are asking concerned community members to let Mayor Bowser know that she must step in to check this culture for the people of Washington D.C. We also ask that the Office of Police Complaints and the Metropolitan Police Department conduct a thorough investigation into all threats of violence and murder by members of MPD against the residents of the District of Columbia.

Officers who endorse and flaunt symbols of violence and murder are a threat to public safety. Silence by Mayor Bowser, the Metropolitan Police Department and the Office of Police Complaints is nothing less than a full endorsement of this logo’s murderous message. Further inaction makes the Mayor, MPD, and OPC complicit in the killing of Black and Brown people by the police.

How far out our heliosphere stretched was unknown, and it wasn’t until the middle of 2012 when Voyager 1 suddenly started registering spikes in certain high energy particles that scientists began to suspect the spacecraft had finally left the Solar System. By the end of 2013 it was finally confirmed that Voyager 1 had indeed entered interstellar space as of August 2012. Voyager 2, traveling a different trajectory, and slightly slower, is expected to cross into interstellar space in late 2019 or early 2020.

Both craft are estimated to still have enough power to return minor levels of data until at least 2025, at which point they will fall silent but continue their remarkable journey out into the galaxy. In 300 years Voyager 1 will reach the mysterious Oort cloud, and in about 40,000 years it will come within one light year of the star Gliese 445, in the constellation Camelopardalis.

Voyager 2, on the other hand, will come close to the star Ross 248 in about 40,000 years, but if undisturbed it will reach the brightest star in our sky Sirius, in about 296,000 years.

It’s not hyperbolic to say the Voyager program is one of the greatest human achievements to date. Whatever happens to humanity here on Earth, hundreds of thousands of years from now the intrepid spacecraft will likely still be hurtling through the galaxy. They could still be going strong years after the Sun consumes the Earth, providing evidence of our existence long after we’re gone.

Every year, millions of Americans are tricked by big banks and payday lenders who bury arbitration clauses in contracts, making it nearly impossible to take companies to court when they do wrong.

Forced arbitration clauses, also known as “ripoff clauses,” are a bad deal for consumers and working families, but the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) just took a big step towards ending this sneaky practice.

The CFPB released a new rule that would limit forced arbitration by restoring consumers’ right to band together in lawsuits to hold companies accountable. Unfortunately, Republicans in the House voted last week to kill the CFPB rule.

When you sign a contract that has an arbitration clause in it, your chances of holding the company accountable for fraudulent behavior — like overcharging you or opening up accounts in your name — plummet.

Arbitration clauses worked in Wells Fargo’s favor for a long time. Last year, when the company was busted for opening bogus accounts customers didn’t ask for, they invoked forced arbitration clauses to get lawsuits thrown out. By stripping customers of their right to band together and sue Wells Fargo for fraud, they mostly got away with unethical practices that damaged the credit scores of thousands of their customers.

To make matters worse, corporations get to pick private arbitration firms to decide the case, which results in those same firms siding with corporations 93 percent of the time.

The CFPB’s rule was put in place to protect consumers and shouldn’t be stopped by a Republican dominated Congress.

Congress is on recess for the rest of the month, but when they get back they could vote to stop the CFPB’s rule. As long as a Republican dominated Congress doesn’t interfere, the new CFPB rule will allow consumers to hold big banks and payday lenders accountable in court when they break the law.

BUT… THEY ARE NOT MUCH CONVINCED… WHICH IS WHY DANIEDIMWIT IS STILL SWABBING DECKS AND PUSHING A BROOM AND CLEANING TOILETS 40 YEARS INTO HIS CAREER!!! SAD… BUT NOT UNUSUAL FOR TRUMP SUPPORTERS!!

  • JohnDille

Thanks to the election of Donald Trump, the S&P 500’s been up in eight out of the last nine months, making new highs and headlines regularly. But a hard look at the actual tally reveals that, since March 1st, the S&P’s up a not-so-whopping 3.3%. The Trump Rally is running out of steam, as it is becoming clear that there is nothing to support it except rhetoric and the blind faith of Trump’s generally poorly educated supporters!

At the same time the broad S&P 500’s been hitting records, the S&P Mid-Cap 400 and the S&P Small-Cap 600 have been more-or-less floundering.

As far as the Dow Jones Industrials Average goes, it’s been making higher highs and garnering even more headlines than the S&P 500. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Transportation Average has been going sideways – and sloppily, at that – since December. It made a new high in mid-July, fell back, and looks like it’s going sideways again.

That’s called divergence. In the case of the Dow Industrials going one way, the Transports going another way (divergence under Dow Theory), and the different action across the S&P indexes, it all adds up to signs of internal softness.

Second, every which way you measure “the market,” it’s pretty fully bought into. Yes, there is a TON of cash still on the sidelines. But, as far as being invested in the market, it’s crowded in there.

With the crowd bidding up stocks, the value of all stocks now is a whopping 142% of U.S. nominal GDP. That’s huge.

The historic average (since 1925) is 62.8%. Just before things started breaking down in 2007, the value of all stocks was 125% of GDP. Back in March 2009, when the rally started, it was 57.6% of GDP.

In those terms, the market’s priced fully. And those numbers are starting to draw attention.

Third, there’s a lot of discussion about passive investing and how huge inflows into those strategies are lifting all boats with the tide… And that many of those boats are nothing more than rafts hanging onto the mothership.

As the leadership stocks, drawing most of the attention and capital inflows, keep going higher, their influence on the benchmark indexes they’re all a part of increases. All the mutual funds and ETFs that track indexes have to buy all the stocks in those indexes to replicate the capitalization or price weightings of the underlying indexes.

Essentially, the big-cap, high-priced leadership stocks get more bid up, and lots of crappy stocks get bought up along with the real winners. Like I said, they’re just rafts hanging onto the mothership.

This one is so damn good it’s worth a second reply:

Leftist Pollster CONFIRMS: Republicans Smarter than Democrats

The results show a stark contrast along partisan lines in knowledge levels. Put another way, the Pew research showed that leftists are really stupid.

“Republicans generally outperformed Democrats on the current quiz. On 13 of the 19 questions, Republicans score significantly higher than Democrats and there are no questions on which Democrats did better than Republicans.

Republicans didn’t need a survey to find out that we’re smarter than brain-dead morons known as Democrats.
Democrats argue differently, in as much as baboons can form cognitive thought. Nevertheless, the research gives the Left an education they slept through in college.

Leftist Scientists Don’t Lie Pew Research Center is a left-of-center scientific organization. So Democrats can take their findings to the bank without question.

Republicans smarter than DemocratsLast September and October, Pew surveyed 1,168 adults. They asked multiple-choice questions, as well as queries with maps, pictures, and symbols. Participants identified international leaders, cabinet members, Supreme Court justices, and nations on maps, among other topics. These aren’t things you pick up while wearing a pussy-hat in a protest march.

Don’t worry Dillweed, for every vote you didn’t cast the Democrats found at least one illegal vote to be cast in your place.

  • daniel1154

Democrats voted for the war when it was politically popular to do so, then turned against it when it was politically unpopular. Bush showed leadership in contrast, and did not play politics with the war.

Not only did the Democrat controlled Senate vote in favor of it, but they insisted the vote be held prior to the November elections for political purposes:

How the Democrats voted on Iraq in 2002

In the Senate, 28 Democrats voted Yes (56% of the delegation, including Senators Clinton, Kerry, Edwards, Biden, Bayh, and Daschle) and 22 voted No; 49 Republicans voted Yes and one voted No (Lincoln Chafee of Rhode Island). Note that the Democrats controlled the Senate and could have postponed a vote on the Resolution until after the November election.

The 2002 Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iraq Resolution of 2002 (Public law 107-243, 116 Stat. 1497-1502) was a law passed by the United States Congress authorizing what was soon to become the Iraq War. The authorization was sought by President George W. Bush. Introduced as H.J.Res. 114, it passed the House on October 10, 2002 by a vote of 296-133, and by the Senate on October 11 by a vote of 77-23. It was signed into law by President Bush on October 16.”

  • daniel1154

Comrade Dillweed, you are living proof of the following 2016 study by the Pew Research Center:

    Republicans Are Smarter Than Democrats

A new study came out recently looking at whether Republicans or Democrats are smarter (1). It showed that republicans are smarter than democrats and that this is true even after taking race out of the picture.

The study found that republicans scored better than democrats on all 4 measures of intelligence. The gap was largest when comparing strong republicans to strong democrats (3-5 points) and weakest when comparing everyone to the right and everyone to the left of independent (1-2.45 points).

The study looked at several waves of participants from the General Social Survey. It included four seperate measures of intelligence. Probability knowledge was measured by asking participants to solve basic probability problems. Verbal intelligence was measured by asking participants to describe the ways in which various items were similar. A vocabulary test was also given. Finally, interviewers rated how well participants seemed to understand the questions they were being asked. This last measure is more subjective than the rest. But a person’s IQ test score is known to correlate with how intelligent other people think they are. Political identity was measured on an eight point scale. Participants could identify as a strong republican, a not strong republican, an independent near republican, an independent, an independent near democrat, a not strong democrat, a strong democrat, or other.

This study also contained a sub group analysis in which only white participants were compared. Restricting the analysis to whites lessened the gap some, and even eliminated it on some of the tests, but white republicans still came out as smarter than white democrats. The study also found that the association between being a Republicans and IQ was partially mediated by republicans having more money than democrats.

There is no longer simply a legal case to impeach Donald Trump. There is now a moral imperative. Every Republican in the House of Representatives and Senate must now understand this reality. Every day they do not act, they own this President’s actions.

The President of the United States — the supposed leader of the free world — just publicly, shamelessly, and embarrassingly stood with the white supremacists and Neo-Nazis who rioted in Charlottesville. Every day the Republican Congress fails to impeach Donald Trump for the crimes to which he’s effectively already confessed — namely obstruction of justice — is a day that the Republican Congress endorses this President’s ruinous leadership.

We live in a country where nearly anyone who publicly stands with Nazis would lose their jobs. It’s long past time that Donald Trump should lose his. Today, Courage Campaign calls for the impeachment of President Donald Trump. We will ask every member of Congress to go on record supporting Trump’s impeachment, and we will hold accountable members of any party who refuse the call — especially Republicans, who so clearly hold the power to impeach.

Impeachment is more than a legal process — it’s a political one. That’s why President Gerald Ford, who completed Richard Nixon’s term when the latter resigned in disgrace, said, “An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.”(2)

Donald Trump has done many things — from revealing classified information to Russians to openly admitting that he fired FBI Director James Comey in order to obstruct the Russia investigation — that might merit impeachment on legal grounds.(3) But convincing the Republican House of Representatives to vote to ratify articles of impeachment seemed entirely out of reach — until now.

Today, Donald Trump gave comfort to Neo-Nazis and white supremacists by once again blaming “both sides” for Saturday’s violence. Trump practically blamed peaceful protesters for being hit by a car when he said, “There is another side. There was a group on this side, you can call them the left. You have just called them the left, that came violently attacking the other group. You can say what you want. That’s the way it is.”(4)

David Duke, the former Ku Klux Klan leader, thanked Trump for the “honesty and courage” it took to blame both sides for Saturday’s ugly violence.(5) Richard Spencer, the white supremacist who coined the term “alt-right” said that “only a dumb person” would believe that Trump was seriously denouncing the racists and anti-semites who terrorized Charlottesville.(6)

Trump’s pathetic moral equivocation that “many sides” were at fault for Saturday’s violence has been condemned by people across the political spectrum, including by Republicans. Colorado Sen. Cory Gardner, who leads Senate Republicans’ 2018 campaign efforts, noted Trump’s failure to directly call out Saturday’s “evil” as “white supremacists” and “domestic terrorism.”(7) And Speaker Paul Ryan tweeted that “there can be no moral ambiguity” on white supremacy.(8)

Republicans like Ryan and Gardner talk big now, but they can’t have it both ways. Their words will be empty so long as they continue to support Donald Trump’s immoral presidency through their actions — and inaction.

I didn’t say income Dillweed, I said working people. You think all working people work for minimum wage like you did?

Of course welfare recipients vote 100% for the Democrat party. That is the system, the Democrats buy their votes with handouts. Working people who have to pay that welfare vote Republican.

  • JohnDille

YOU KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT ME!!! YOU AND JOE CABOT… ARE PROBABLY THE SAME SELF CENTERED MENTALLY ILL JERK!!! ALL EITHER ONE OF YOU EVER DO IS TO SKIM WORDS AND PHRASES FROM WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY… AND THEN TWIST THOSE WORDS AND PHRASES TO FIT YOUR SELF CENTERED RIGHT WING HATE FILLED VISION OF OTHERS!!! THAT IS THE RIGHT WING WAY…. LIE AND DISTORT AND TWIST THE TRUTH AND PREACH HATE AND USE INNUENDO AND LIES AND CHILDISH INSULTS TO DESTROY OTHER PEOPLE… JUST TO SERVE YOUR MASTER… SATAN… AND HIS BILLIONAIRE RIGHT WING DEMONS!!! YOU DESTROYING THIS NATION BY DOING THAT… JUST AS RIGHT WINGERS HAVE DESTROYED COUNTLESS CIVILIZATIONS BEFORE THIS ONE… BY DOING THE SAME THING!!! AND YOU WONDER WHY LIBERALS AND DEMOCRATS AND ALL REAL AMERICAN AND ALL REAL HUMAN BEING WANT TO PUKE EVERY TIME WE HEAR OR SEE YOUR SELFISH SELF CENTERED LIES AND DISTORTIONS!!! NOW… GO FISH AROUND IN YOUR TOILET FOR SOMETHING YOU CAN USE TO FURTHER DESTROY AMERICA!!! YOU SEEM TO LOVE DOING THAT!!!

  • JohnDille

NO THEY DIDN’T… SO STOP LYING IN ORDER TO HIDE BUSH’S IRRESPONSIBILITY IN STARTING THAT STUPID WAR… AND IN TRYING TO MAKE TRUMP LOOK WISE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS WAR MONGERING ACTIVITIES!!! YOUR ENDLESS LIES AND DISTORTIONS ARE MAKING ME SICK… I REALLY WANT TO PUKE PRETTY MUCH EVERY TIME I READ YOUR RIGHT WING LIES… NOW… HERE IS SOME TRUTH FOR YOU TO DISTORT…. AND I AM SURE YOU WILL DO THAT….

    Ninety Six. Million. Dollars.

That’s how much the GOP’s dark money machine has already reportedly raised to try to beat Claire and replace her with Josh Hawley, a bought-and-paid-for politician intent on climbing the political ladder.

We knew Republican special interests would come after Claire – after all, she’s stepped on a lot of toes fighting for hardworking Missourians – but we didn’t think it would happen so soon. And they’re just getting started. There is still another 15 months for them to raise hundreds of millions of more well hidden mostly secret dark money dollars to come after Claire with!!!

Josh Hawley and his dark money donors want you to think he’s not just another typical, ladder-climbing politician. In fact, that was his central promise to the people of Missouri when he was elected as our Attorney General just nine months ago. But now he’s using vast amounts of hidden special interest money to fuel a Senate run and is breaking that promise. Do you trust him to stand up for you?

I won’t lie – this isn’t going to be easy. We need every penny we can get. But Claire has never shied away from a tough fight. Will you help her keep fighting?

  • JohnDille

NOPE!!! THE NUMBERS ARE CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! THE LOWER A PERSONS INCOME IS, THE MORE LIKELY HE OR SHE IS TO VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS… AND THE HIGHER THEIR INCOME IS, THE MORE LIKELY THEY ARE TO VOTE REPUBLICAN!!! AND THE ONLY REASON THAT REPUBLICANS EVER WIN IS… BECAUSE UPPER INCOME PEOPLE ARE 2 TO 3 TIMES MORE LIKELY TO VOTE THAN LOWER INCOME PEOPLE ARE!!! RICH PEOPLE CAN TAKE THE TIME TO GET REGISTERED TO VOTE AND TO GO VOTE!!! WORKING PEOPLE HAVE A VERY HARD TIME DOING SO!!! WHICH IS WHY I HAVE ONLY VOTED IN A HALF DOZEN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS… AND EVEN FEWER MID TERM ELECTIONS…. IN MY ENTIRE LIFE… DESPITE HAVING BEEN ELIGIBLE TO VOTE SINCE 1968!!! AND I ALWAYS… ALWAYS… ALWAYS VOTE EVERY CHANCE I GET… FOR ALL PUBLIC ELECTIONS!!! BUT SINCE I HAVE LIVED ALMOST NTIRELY IN REPUBLICAN DOMINATED STATES, THE REPUBLICANS IN CHARGE OF ELECTIONS DELIBERATELY MAKE IT HARD TO VOTE!!! THE LAST ELECTION WAS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF THAT…. I HAD TO WALK ALL OVER TOWN TRYING TO FIND WHERE TO VOTE… BERCAUSE THE REPUBLICANS WHO CONTROL THIS CITY, COUNTY, STATE, AND REGION CHANGED THE VOTING PLACES WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE!!! I ENDED UP HAVING TO WALK 6 MILES FROM MY HOME TO FIND OUT WHERE TO VOTE AND TO GO VOTE… WAY THE HADES ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN FROM WHERE I LIVE… INSTEAD OF THE USUAL QUARTER MILE!!! THE ONLY REASON I WAS ABLE TO VOTE WAS BECAUSE THE WEATHER WAS GOOD… VERY UNUSUAL FOR THAT TIME OF YEAR… AND BECAUSE I WAS RETIRED AND DID NOT HAVE TO WORK LATE ON ELECTION DAY!!! AT LEAST SEVERAL THOUSAND PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN GOT CHEATED IN THAT SAME WAY… BUT NO ONE COMPLAINED MUCH BECAUSE THE ONLY PEOPLE ON THE BALLOT WERE REPUBLICANS…OR DEMOCRATS WHO HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE OF WINNING!!! AND I HAVE RUN INTO THAT SORT OF REPUBLICAN CHEATING PRETTY MUCH MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! AHOLE THIEVING CHEATING REPUBLICANS!!!

  • daniel1154

Tough luck? Your story is one of failure, lack of meaningful work experience or education, bitterness, anger, resentment, and jealousy. I just want more details so I can catch you in more lies when you post in the future.

  • daniel1154

Do you have a reading comprehension issue Dillweed? A majority of Democrats, including all of the prominent ones, voted for the use of force to remove Hussein. They went so far as to chide Bush as a wimp if he didn’t use the full weight of the force they gave him.

  • JohnDille

SO… DEMOCRATS DESPISED SADDAM HUSSEIN… JUST LIKE ALL CIVILIZED HUMAN BEINGS DID!!! BUT VERY FEW DEMOCRATS REALLY AND TRULY SUPPORTED AN ACTUAL WAR WITH HIM!!! THEY MIGHT HAVE SUPPORTED A LIMITED ENGAGEMENT LIKE BUSH SENIOR PULLED OFF… BUT THERE IS NO WAY IN HADES THEY WOULD HAVE SUPPORTED THE KIND OF ALL OUT WAR THAT BUSH JUNIOR GOT US BOGGED DOWN IN!!! DO NOT FORGET… I LIVED THROUGH THAT ERA… AND I HEARD DEMOCRATS AT ALL LEVELS OF GOVERNMENT SPEAKING OUT IN OPPOSITION TO ACTUALLY STARTING THAT STUPID WAR… AND AGAINST EXPANDING IT ONCE WE GOT INVOLVED IN THE WAR!!! YOU WERE STILL IN DIAPERS BACK THEN… AND PROBABLY STILL ARE, JUDGING BY YOUR COMMENTS… SO YOU HAVE NO CLUE WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED BACK THEN!!!

  • JohnDille

PRETTY MUCH MY ENTIRE LIFE STORY HAS ALREADY BEEN INCLUDED IN MY COMMENTS TO YOU AND OTHERS… MOST ESPECIALLY TO YOU AND JOE CABOT! IF YOU MISSED OUT ON THOSE STORIES BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO ARROGANT AND SELF CENTERED TO ACTUALLY READ THEM… TOUGH LUCK!!! NO MORE STORIES FROM ME, ABOUT ME, FOR YOU TO TWIST INTO LIES AND INNUENDOES!!! NOW ITS MY TURN…. AND I AM GOING TO RUN WITH YOUR STORY ABOUT YOU BEING A CLOSETED LESBIAN WHO LOVES TO PEE IN RUSSIAN BEDS… LIKE YOUR BOYFRIEND TRUMP!!! THAT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN THE BIGGEST EVENT IN YOUR SAD PATHETIC LIFE!!! THAT AND BEING A LIFE LONG BIG MONEY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE, OF COURSE!!!

  • daniel1154

Working people voted for Trump. They vote Republican. It’s why Democrats can’t win elections anymore, and never will.

  • daniel1154

Let’s now look at Joe Bidens remarks from the floor in support of the IRAQ war:

October 10, 2002, when Senator Joe Biden gave a speech on the floor of the U.S. Senate advocating for going to war in Iraq. Here are some relevant clips:

“Saddam is dangerous. The world would be a better place without him. But the reason he poses a growing danger to the United States and its allies is that he possesses chemical and biological weapons and is seeking, with his $2 billion a year illegally skimmed from the U.N. fund for food, his Oil for Food program, for peace program, that he is seeking nuclear weapons.”

“Other countries have, or seek, weapons of mass destruction. Saddam actually used them against his neighbors, against his own people. He has a lengthy track record of aggression first, in Iran, then Kuwait. He has brutally repressed Iraqi civilians: first the Kurds in the North, then the Shias in the south, and then the Kurds again. And the combination of Saddam Hussein and weapons of mass destruction is dangerous, destabilizing, and deadly.”

Biden’s support for military action against Saddam’s Iraq goes back even further. Here’s what he wrote in an op-ed for the Washington Post in September 1998:

I also acknowledged that a policy based on sanctions does not guarantee that Saddam Hussein’s weapons program will be curtailed. Ultimately, as long as Saddam Hussein is at the helm, no inspectors can guarantee that they have rooted out the entirety of Saddam Hussein’s weapons program. And I said the only way to remove Saddam is a massive military effort, led by the United States.

  • JohnDille

NO DEMOCRAT SUPPORTED SADDAM HUSSEIN… BUT VERY FEW DEMOCRATS WANTED TO RISK WORLD WAR 3 BY TRYING TO TAKE HIM OUT!!! AND MOST DEMOCRATS SEE THE WORLD IN AN ADULT WAY… AND THUS UNDERSTOOD THAT TAKING OUT SADDAM HUSSEIN WOULD OPEN THE GATE’S OF HADES IN THE ENTIRE MENA REGION… THAT IS MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA TO 4TH GRADE FLUNK OUTS LIKE YOU!!! AND MOST DEMOCRATS UNDERSTOOD… VERY CLEARLY… THAT BUSH JUNIOR’S WAR AGAINST SADDAM HUSSEIN WAS REALLY JUST AN ATTEMPT TO GET REVENGE FOR HUSSEINS ATTEMPT TO ASSASSINATE BUSH SENIOR… AND AN ATTEMPT TO GET IN GOOD WITH ALL OF BUSH JUNIORS MANY BIG OIL BUDDIES!!! BEING GOVERNOR OF TEXAS… AND THE SON AND GRANDSON OF BIG TEXAS OIL MEN… MORE OR LESS DEMANDS THAT YOU SELL YOUR SOUL TO THE RIGHT WING TEXAS OIL BILLIONAIRES WHO OWN AND CONTROL THE REPUBLICAN PARTY!!! BUSH JUNIOR WANTED IRAQI OIL TO HELP OUT HIS BIG OIL BUDDIES… PLAIN AND SIMPLE… JUST LIKE TRUMP NOW WANTS IT!!!

Let’s just revisit one Democrats words in support of the IRAQ war:

Hillary Clinton supported Iraq War — before she opposed it

Joe Biden and John Kerry, both senators at the time, supported the measure. Mrs. Clinton’s New York colleague Charles Schumer said yes. So did Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California. Heck, even Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid of Nevada voted for the resolution.

The day before the vote, Mrs. Clinton delivered a passionate — and lengthy — speech in support of the war bill.
“I believe the facts that have brought us to this fateful vote are not in doubt,” she said on the Senate floor. “Saddam Hussein is a tyrant who has tortured and killed his own people, even his own family members, to maintain his iron grip on power. He used chemical weapons on Iraqi Kurds and on Iranians, killing over 20,000 people.”

She laid out a detailed case for why America needed to step in, singing the praises of George W. Bush’s father. “In 1991, Saddam Hussein invaded and occupied Kuwait, losing the support of the United States. The first President Bush assembled a global coalition, including many Arab states, and threw Saddam out after 43 days of bombing and a hundred hours of ground operations.”

She pointed out that after that war, “the United Nations imposed a number of requirements on Iraq, among them disarmament of all weapons of mass destruction, stocks used to make such weapons, and laboratories necessary to do the work.” And she noted that everyone knew Saddam had WMDs: “The [U.N.] inspectors found and destroyed far more weapons of mass destruction capability than were destroyed in the Gulf War, including thousands of chemical weapons, large volumes of chemical and biological stocks, a number of missiles and warheads, a major lab equipped to produce anthrax and other bioweapons, as well as substantial nuclear facilities.”

She expressed support for her husband’s decision in 1998 to push for “regime change,” and ripped the U.N. for putting limits on its inspections. And she went on and on about Saddam’s WMD stockpile, saying he held so many secret sites that “were huge compounds well-suited to hold weapons labs, stocks.”

Mrs. Clinton declared that Saddam, “left unchecked … will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security.”
But perhaps she didn’t fully believe the intelligence, the top-secret briefings. Wait, she did: “Now this much is undisputed.” Undisputed. Saddam had WMDs, had used them against his own people, was a serious threat to the world. Or so she said.

Of course, years later, she took it all back. In “Hard Choices,” Mrs. Clinton apologized. “I thought I had acted in good faith and made the best decision I could with the information I had. And I wasn’t alone in getting it wrong. But I still got it wrong,” she wrote — in 2014.

But that’s the job of a president, of a senator. Elected officials must assess the facts as they exist at the time duty calls — and act. They can reassess and alter their views, but the vote still stands, as does the decision.
What’s most interesting: George W. Bush made dozens of hard choices as president, hence the name of his book, “Decision Points.” Mrs. Clinton’s only really big decision as a back-bench senator was on Iraq — she said then that it was “probably the hardest decision I have ever had to make.” By her own admission, she blew it.

The political divisions got deep in this country when the Democrats used the IRAQ war, which they voted for, for political purposes. Harry Reid “This war is lost”.

Democrats actually hoping we lose a war so they gain politically.

  • JohnDille

The President is supposed to unite the country like Bush did after 911, not divide it for political purposes like Obama and the Democrats have. THE DEEP DIVISIONS IN THIS COUNTRY REALLY GOT SERIOUS UNDER BUSH, JUNIOR… WHEN HE LIED… AND LIED… AND LIED… ABOUT THE SITUATION IN IRAQ… AND THEN GOT US DEEPLY INVOLVED IN NOT ONE… BUT AT LEAST 2… INCREDIBLY STUPID AND VERY UNPOPULAR WARS IN ASIA!!! The President is supposed to unite the country like Bush did after 911, not divide it for political purposes like Obama and the Democrats have.

A Complete Timeline of Race Relations Under Obama

President Obama’s first headline hobnob with race-in-America dates back to the early days of his presidency. In 2009, Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates arrived home to find his front door lock jammed. He opted to force his way in through the back door. Worried neighbors weren’t sure what was happening, and in good faith alerted the police.

Upon arrival, the officers – one of whom was black – asked Gates for ID, to which Gates then infuriatingly exploded, accusing the officers of racial profiling. “This is what it means to be black in America! … Do you even know how many graduate degrees I have! Do you know who you’re dealing with here!? … I’m a professor at Harvard. CAN YOU EVEN SPELL HARVARD?”

The befuddled, browbeaten officer arrested Gates on charges of disorderly conduct for his shrieking tirade.

The newly elected President disregarded the facts, kicking off what would be a long 8 years of poisonous rhetoric aimed at law enforcement. Joining the Cambridge coterie in haranguing the white working-class officer, Obama said: “he acted stupidly.”

Fast forward three years, and the glare of the national spotlight is on Sanford, Florida. In February of 2012, Hispanic-American George Zimmerman – leader of his community’s neighborhood watch – saw a young black man, Trayvon Martin, lurking around his community. Zimmerman called the police, reporting that the man appeared to be on drugs (autopsy confirmed this) and was urinating in front of a house.

After being instructed not to pursue the suspect, Zimmerman hung up. The initial confrontation between the two remains a mystery. However, all the available evidence aligned with Zimmerman’s claim that Martin attacked him, knocking him to the ground. Jumping on top of him, Martin allegedly began beating Zimmerman, pounding his head into the pavement. Zimmerman subsequently reached for his gun, and shot Martin, killing him.

America’s racial-healer-in-chief Barack Obama responded to the incident, saying “if I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.” Busy acting as the pillars for Obama’s skewed racial narrative, the media failed to ask why exactly the President’s son would be high, lurking around neighborhoods and beating heads onto pavements.

When Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges, riots broke out across the country. Police cars were smashed and stomped on; windows were broken. A random white guy was robbed, the assailants yelling “this is for Trayvon!”

In November 2013, police officers shot and killed 16-year-old black teenager Kimani Gray in Brooklyn, New York. After observing suspicious behavior, the officers approached Gray, and he responded by drawing a firearm, pointing it squarely at the officers. (Not a good idea).

Despite the damning evidence that the officers were fully justified in shooting the suspect, riots ensued. Between 60 and 100 people took to the streets looting shops and smashing windows, allegedly chanting “NYPD, KKK, how many kids did you kill today”. Really all the hallmarks of a post-racial Obama America.

The next big moment for Obama’s post-racial era came in July of 2014. In a truly unfortunate incident, 43-year-old Eric Garner died after being placed under arrest by police officers. At a whopping 400 hundred pounds, Garner had a bevy of preexisting health conditions. After Garner resisted arrest, the officer – following standard protocol – administered a submission hold. This lead to Garner famously saying “I can’t breathe” – this line was like caviar to the fervid imaginations of liberal pundits. The autopsy showed however that Garner didn’t die of suffocation. The submission likely triggered Garner’s preexisting health conditions, killing him.

What should have led to a bipartisan effort to strike down useless laws prohibiting the sales of untaxed cigarettes, instead lead to violent race riots fueled by Obama’s mythical racist conspiracy against black Americans. He said, “And right now, unfortunately, we are seeing too many instances where people just do not have confidence that folks are being treated fairly. And in some cases, those may be misperceptions; but in some cases, that’s a reality.”

Next up is Ferguson, Missouri. August 2014. A name now synonymous with “black lives matter”. Eighteen-year-old black man Michael Brown robbed a convenience store. When pulled over by officer Darren Wilson, Brown tried to grab the officer’s gun. After it went off, Brown retreated until the officer exited his vehicle. At that point, Brown sprinted towards the officer, ignoring repeated pleas to stop. Officer Wilson shot Michael Brown, killing him. This was fully justified by all accounts, and Darren Wilson was fully acquitted by a grand jury. Nonetheless, this didn’t stop our divider-in-chief from coming out and exclaiming that the shooting “exposed the racial divide in the American justice system that stains the heart of black children.” Piling on, the national media took the contradicting reports of witnesses, with CNN hosts reporting that Brown had his hands up, exclaiming “don’t shoot”. This was a lie.

This led to protests lasting weeks, with looting and riots galore. A state of emergency was declared in Missouri. Had enough racial healing yet?

Obama’s reverse Midas-touch continued working its magic through 2015 when the national spotlight turned to Baltimore. After he was arrested for carrying an illegal switchblade, Freddie Gray died in the back of a police van as a result of spinal cord injuries. Despite the lack of evidence, liberals claimed Gray’s death to be a result of racism in policing. Adding fuel to the fire, racial-healing-monk Barack Obama stated, “This has been going on for a long time, this is not new, and we shouldn’t pretend that it’s new.”

Riots exploded across Baltimore, engulfing cars, businesses, and shops. A CVS Pharmacy was burned down, while the arsonists attacked firefighters trying to put the fire out.

Meanwhile, Baltimore’s Democrat mayor dumped a gallon of gasoline on the racial tensions, saying that she wanted to give space to those “who wished to destroy.”

In July of 2016, Philando Castile was driving with his girlfriend. Castile was pulled over by Jeronimo Yanez (A Chinese police officer). The vagaries of the traffic stop are unclear, but video shot after the altercation shows the officer shot and killed Castile.

Great-racial-healing-master Barack Obama was in Warsaw for a NATO summit at the time. Refusing to pass up an opportunity to chide America in a foreign nation, he addressed the shooting, “When incidents like this occur, there’s a big chunk of our citizenry that feels as if, because of the color of their skin, they are not being treated the same, and that hurts, and that should trouble all of us.”

Obama’s warm embrace of this fictional reality has demonstrably given leeway to radical race-baiters looking to riot and wreak havoc. Protests – albeit initially non-violent – quickly escalated into cinder blocks and fireworks tossed at police officers.

Despite Obama’s claims of unjust “systemic racism,” the criminal justice system did its job. The officer responsible for the shooting was charged with second-degree manslaughter. The damage, however, was already done. Private property had been destroyed, businesses driven out, and tribal divisions intensified.

In Milwaukee August 2016, 23-year-old black male Sylville Smith was shot and killed by a black police officer. Exact details of the situation were still unclear at the time the event was reported. The suspect may have been threatening the officer with a firearm. Nonetheless, this was held up by the liberal Obama coalition as another example of system racism.

Racial agitators took to the streets, rioting for two nights. They set private property, businesses, and cars aflame. Police cars were destroyed and vandalized as the demonstrators tossed bricks through windshields.

In December of the same year, the officer who shot Smith was charged with homicide. It wasn’t because the riots and unrest had pressured the criminal justice system to abnegate their usual racist selves. The justice system works.

So, here we are. Eight years of racial healing under Barrack Obama’s leftist ideology and the country is far more divided than ever.

Racial riots and hostile tribal divisions weren’t nearly as common-occurring under past presidential administrations in recent history. What happened? Police activity or the criminal justice system didn’t suddenly begin to wantonly target black people as Obama was sworn into office.

At every opportunity to quash racial division, Obama’s rhetoric instead amplified it. For eight years he continuously peddled the notion that America is a deeply racist, unjust vessel of oppression. While he would at times admit that some progress had been made in race relations, he consistently returned to his rhetoric about a country plagued by “systemic racism.” And so, race relations in America changed to reflect the vision Obama promulgated for 8 years. The media beloved racial unifier, Barack Obama presided over the deterioration of race relations in America. If you like your race relations, you’ll get to keep your race relations.

You are the one who said you agreed with Hitler’s anti capitalist statement, and gave him credit for clear thinking on the matter. You are the one who is in complete agreement with the Communist party platform. Either defend it or shut up. Don’t make up things and finger point like a first grader.

  • JohnDille

YOU KEEP SINGING THE PRAISES OF CAPITALISM… JUST LIKE MANY SUPPORTERS OF ADOLPH HITLER… AND JOSEPH STALIN… AND MANY OTHER DICTATORS… HAVE DONE!!! AREN’T YOU IN WONDERFUL COMPANY… ALWAYS SINGING THE PRAISES OF DICTATORIAL CAPITALISM… JUST LIKE SO MANY DICTATORS HAVE???

I WAS IN THE US NAVY, AND WE LANDED AND WENT ASHORE ON GUAM SEVERAL TIMES!!! AND SINCE YOU ARE TOO FREAKING STUPID TO UNDERSTAND WHAT ANYONE ACTUALLY SAYS… AND CAN ONLY MAKE UP LIES ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE… THEN YOU CLEARLY ARE TOO FREAKING STUPID TO UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE ARE SPEAKING METAPHORICALLY WHEN THEY SAY THAT GUAM MIGHT CAPSIZE BECAUSE OF ALL THE US MILITARY HARDWARE THERE!!! GUAM IS A SMALL ISLAND… BUT IT HAS MORE MILITARY GEAR THAN THE ENTIRE STATE OF CALIFORNIA HAS… EXCLUDING SHIPS!!! GUAM IS A FLOATING FORTRESS… AGAIN SPEAKING METAPHORICALLY!!! BUT WHAT WOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT ANYTHING MILITARY???? YOU WERE BUSY MAKING A FORTUNE… AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE… WHILE REAL AMERICANS LIKE MYSELF WERE OVERSEAS DEFENDING YOUR RIGHT WING TRUMP PUPPET REAR END!!!

  • JohnDille

SO…. SOUTHERN RACISTS HAVE BEEN STIRRING UP MORE AND MORE AND MORE RACIST HATRED ALL OVER THE USA… AND YOU EXPECT BLACK PEOPLE TO SIT QUIETLY BY AND WATCH YOU RIGHT WINGERS CRAM JIM CROW AND SEGREGATION AND SOME MODERNIZED VERSION OF SLAVERY DOWN THEIR THROATS, JUST LIKE YOU AHOLES DID FOR THE FIRST 300 YEARS OF AMERICAN HISTORY???? You are the one who said he agreed with Hitler about capitalism, not me. You are the one who said he was one of many intelligent people who recognized the evils of capitalism, not me.

  • daniel1154

Comrade Dillweed, you are again debating yourself. You said he had no nukes.

As for you thinking Guam is going to tip over and capsize, why were you on Guam? Working at a Walmart there? You said your professional experience is all minimum wage and you worked at Walmart for years.

  • daniel1154

Which is it Comrade Dillweed? Confused. First you say Kim doesn’t have nukes, then you say he does because Republican presidents gave them to him. You reduced to simply making things up again?

  • daniel1154

Obama promoted racial division for 8 years. This is what we get as a result. Obama caused race riots for the first time in decades, Ferguson, Baltimore, Milwaukee, Charlotte. This is not surprising.

  • JohnDille

Hold on, this is waiting to be approved by The Trading Report.

The horrifying scenes we have seen over the last 24 hours from Charlottesville are a direct result of the monstrous, racist words and actions by Donald Trump during the campaign and since he became President.

Now, as a result of the hate that Trump has stoked, at least one person in Charlottesville is dead and many more are injured.

It should be shocking that the President of the United States has refused to describe the white supremacist actions that occurred today as “terrorism,” but it isn’t. Donald Trump openly sought the support of the people carrying torches, running over individuals, and screaming CENSORED NAZZZZI slogans.

These hateful actions are deeply rooted in our country’s long history. Racism is often enforced by violence just as we saw in Charlottesville. We need to stand up to, resist, and overcome the storm of bigotry and hate that Donald Trump rode to power.

The brave souls who put their bodies on the line to oppose bigotry, hate, and white supremacy in Charlottesville represent the very best of our country’s values and serve as a model of resistance that we all must work to emulate.

We stand in solidarity with all those who are peacefully confronting the bigotry, hate, and white supremacy Trump fomented that is now manifesting in the streets of Charlottesville.

We will stand with them. Tonight, we will be joining our fellow Netroots Nation attendees in Atlanta to speak out against white supremacy, bigotry, and violence. We’re inviting everyone to do the same at the City Hall your own community — tonight, at 7pm, local time.

We cannot let these CENSORED NAZZZZI’S and racists intimidate or terrorize us. It’s time to show America that we will never stop working to end bigotry, especially when it comes out of the White House.
YOUR FRIENDS THE HITLERITES ARE OUT TRYING TO INTIMIDATE REAL AMERICANS… YET AGAIN!!! ARE YOU GOING TO JUST SIT THERE AND APPLAUD THEM… OR ARE YOU GOING TO GO JOIN THEM??? YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LET THOSE LIBERALS AND DEMOCRATS WIN, NOW ARE YOU????

  • JohnDille

MAYBE KIM DOES HAVE NUKES… BECAUSE EISENHOWER NIXON FORD REAGAN BUSH AND BUSH LET HIM DEVELOP THEM!!!

  • JohnDille

THAT ONE WAS A DUD, AS WELL, MOST LIKELY!!! OR ANOTHER FAKE TEST. JUST LIKE SEVERAL EARLIER ONES HAVE BEEN!!!

ANYONE CAN MAKE A LOW GRADE NUCLEAR WEAPON… GIVE ME THE MATERIALS AND I COULD DO IT!!! BUT AN ACTUAL REASONABLY HIGH YIELD… 2 TO 4% EFFICIENT…NUCLEAR WEAPON???? THAT REALLY IS ROCKET SCIENCE…. Remember when Democrat Hank Johnson was afraid Guam might “capsize and tip over” because of the addition of troops to the Island?

Shows the the low intelligence level of Democrat politicians, and their voters who continue to elect these people.

“During a House Armed Services Committee meeting held on 25 March 2010, Representative Hank Johnson, a Democrat from Lithonia, Georgia, questioned Admiral Robert Willard, commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, about a proposal to move 8,000 Marines from the Japanese island of Okinawa to the U.S. Pacific island territory of Guam. In the course of that questioning, Rep. Johnson expressed concern that adding thousands of Marines and their families to Guam might cause that small island to “tip over and capsize”:

Johnson: This is a[n] island that at its widest level is what … twelve miles from shore to shore? And at its smallest level … uh, smallest location … it’s seven miles between one shore and the other? Is that correct?

Willard: I don’t have the exact dimensions, but to your point, sir, I think Guam is a small island.

Johnson: Very small island, about twenty-four miles, if I recall, long, twenty-four miles long, about seven miles wide at the least widest place on the island and about twelve miles wide on the widest part of the island, and I don’t know how many square miles that is. Do you happen to know?

Willard: I don’t have that figure with me, sir, I can certainly supply it to you if you like.

Johnson: Yeah, my fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize.

Willard: We don’t anticipate that … the Guam population I think currently about 175,000 and again with 8,000 Marines and their families it’s an addition of about 25,000 more into the population.

Johnson: And also things like the environment, the sensitive areas of the environment, coral reefs and those kinds of things, and I know that lots of people don’t like to think about that but … you know, we don’t think about global warming either, and now we do have to think about it, and so I’m concerned from an environmental standpoint whether or not Guam is the best place to do this relocation. but it’s actually the only place, is that correct?

Willard: This is the best place, this is the farthest west U.S. territory that we own and this is part of our nation, and in readdressing the forward presence and posture importance to Pacific Command, Guam is vital to this decision.

Hey Comrade Dillweed. Check this out:

New York Times guilty of large screw-up on climate-change story

The New York Times on Wednesday appended a correction to a story about a climate change study:

    Correction: August 9, 2017
An article on Tuesday about a sweeping federal climate change report referred incorrectly to the availability of the report. While it was not widely publicized, the report was uploaded by the nonprofit Internet Archive in January; it was not first made public by The New York Times.

That correction, which sits at the foot of the story, dutifully straightens out the record. Yet given the magnitude of the screw-up, it should sit atop the story, surrounded by red flashing lights and perhaps an audio track to instruct readers: Warning: This story once peddled a faulty and damaging premise.

That premise suggests that the Trump administration is stifling a damaging draft report — part of the congressionally mandated National Climate Assessment — with dire warnings about climate change. “The average temperature in the United States has risen rapidly and drastically since 1980, and recent decades have been the warmest of the past 1,500 years, according to a sweeping federal climate change report awaiting approval by the Trump administration,” noted the lead of the article, which was written by Lisa Friedman.

As it detailed the conclusions of the draft report, the New York Times highlighted an equally scary prospect: That without the intervention of the New York Times, it might not have seen the light of day. Examples:

    • “One government scientist who worked on the report, and who spoke to The Times on the condition of anonymity, said he and others are concerned it will be suppressed.”

A copy of it was obtained by The New York Times.”

    • “The draft report by scientists from 13 federal agencies, which has not yet been made public, concludes that Americans are feeling the effects of climate change right now.”

As part of its corrective effort, the New York Times has pulled the language saying that “a copy of it was obtained by the New York Times,” as well as the mistaken assertion that it has “not yet been made public.” Even so, the article continues to carry this line: “Another scientist involved in the process, who spoke to The New York Times on the condition of anonymity, said he and others were concerned that it would be suppressed.” As well as this one: “Scientists say they fear that the Trump administration could change or suppress the report.”

Though it may be the case that certain scientists maintain such fears, that’s a pretty tough position in light of the fact that the report “was uploaded by the nonprofit Internet Archive in January” and publicized by the New York Times in August.

Any intimation that the Trump administration is blocking or somehow suppressing a dire climate-change study is explosive stuff, in large part because it would align with actual transparency problems. As Philip Rucker and Ed O’Keefe reported in June, Republicans in Congress have complained that federal agencies aren’t sharing information; the White House began banishing live coverage of briefings; and it ended the Obama practice of releasing White House visitor logs.

So this whole climate-change report is another case-in-point, right? No, at least not yet:

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders blasted away in a statement: “It’s very disappointing, yet entirely predictable to learn The New York Times would write off a draft report without first verifying its contents with the White House or any of the federal agencies directly involved with climate and environmental policy. As others have pointed out – and The New York Times should have noticed – drafts of this report have been published and made widely available online months ago during the public comment period. The White House will withhold comment on any draft report before its scheduled release date.”

Next up: A tweet about the “failing” New York Times from a certain fellow.

New York Times Washington bureau chief Elisabeth Bumiller says of the draft report’s status: “We were just not aware that somebody involved in the report had put a draft on this nonprofit Internet site,” she says. “It was not a well-known site to us and the point is that the people who shared the draft with us were not aware of it either. That doesn’t change the larger point that scientists were worried that the government wouldn’t approve the report or release it through normal channels.” When pressed on Sanders’s criticism, Bumiller said, “We spent a lot of time trying to sort out where it had appeared before,” said Bumiller. “Again, we just didn’t know. The reporter just didn’t know and the editors didn’t know and once it was brought to our attention, we sorted it out” and ran a correction.

At a June panel discussion hosted by the Washington Press Club Foundation, CNN senior congressional reporter Manu Raju spoke about the stakes involved with factual integrity these days. “You just cannot screw up in this environment because they’ll use every small mistake to come after you and suggest that you have some nefarious motive in your reporting,” he said.

From Al Gore, in a rare moment of honesty for him:

Al Gore Admits Trump ‘Inherited A Very Dangerous Situation’ With North Korea

Former Vice President Al Gore has admitted with regard to North Korea that President Donald Trump “inherited a very dangerous situation that has been building for some time.”

Gore made the statement during an interview with BBC4 radio’s Best of Today while discussing his new book, An Inconvenient Sequel, as well as the withdrawal of the United States from the Paris climate agreement.

“This crisis had been building long before Donald Trump entered the White House, and that should be remembered,” he said.

  • daniel1154

Once again Comrade Dillweed, when proven wrong, you simply deny reality.

“We are Socialists, enemies, mortal enemies of the present capitalist economic system with its exploitation of the economically weak, with its injustice in wages, with its immoral evaluation of individuals according to wealth and money instead of responsibility and achievement, and we are determined under all circumstances to abolish this system!”

    A quote from?

Adolf Hitler in his May Day Speech, Berlin, 1 May 1927
(quoted by John Toland in his book Adolf Hitler, 1976, p. 306.

  • daniel1154

No surprise that you are on the side of the communists Comrade Dillweed. Kim is not the problem? Kim threatening to launch nukes striking the US is not the problem, Trump’s words are?

If you have this country Comrade Dillweed, just leave it.

  • daniel1154

Cool. Now I can devote more time to other pursuits. Meanwhile explain further why you agree with Hitler with respect to capitalism.

  • JohnDille

After H.R. McMaster replaced Michael Flynn as the White House National Security Advisor, McMaster had the unenviable task of forcing out some of the outlandish officials Flynn had placed on the National Security Council. That may not sound difficult, but Flynn brought some truly bizarre figures to the NSC, they had allies, and getting rid of them proved challenging.

Slowly but surely, however, McMaster made progress, and last week, Ezra Cohen-Watnick, who ran the NSC’s intelligence division, was ousted, following on the heels of Tera Dahl, the NSC’s deputy chief of staff, and Rich Higgins, the director of strategic planning.

It’s that last one that’s proving to be extra interesting.

Higgins’ departure was reportedly prompted by a conspiratorial memo he wrote, describing mysterious forces that were plotting against Donald Trump, including globalists, Marxists, bankers, the media, the “deep state,” academicians, Islamists, and even the Republican establishment. Foreign Policy magazine published the memo yesterday, and it’s hard to overstate how utterly bizarre it is – especially for someone who served on the White House National Security Council.

Indeed, reading Higgins’ memo, it’s hard not to wonder how he was even let in the building.

But that’s not the most salient question. For that, consider this excerpt from the Foreign Policy article:

Among those who received the memo, according to two sources, was Donald Trump Jr.

Trump Jr., at that time in the glare of media scrutiny around his meeting with a Russian lawyer at Trump Tower during the presidential campaign, gave the memo to his father, who gushed over it, according to sources.

In a comedy of errors, Trump later learned from Sean Hannity, the Fox News host and close friend of the president, that the memo’s author had been fired. Trump was “furious,” the senior administration official said. “He is still furious.”

Even for this White House, this story is completely bonkers.

Follow the trajectory: a member of the White House National Security Council writes an unhinged memo, alleging a wild-eyed conspiracy, and the memo reaches the president’s adult son, who’s supposed to be running his father’s business and steering clear of politics. The son brings the memo to the president, who loves conspiracy theories, especially ones involving powerful forces that stand in his way.

The president’s National Security Advisor, meanwhile, wants to bring some stability to the White House national security team, so he ousts the author of the bonkers conspiracy memo. This development comes to the attention of a strange Fox News personality, who alerts the president, who becomes “furious.”

The Washington Post’s James Downie gets this exactly right: as bad as the “crazy” memo is, it’s Trump’s reaction to it that’s even worse.

WELL…. IT LOOKS LIKE DANIEL WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER JOB TO REPLACE THE CUSH GOVERNMENT JOB HE NOW HAS!!! HIS ALLIES IN THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION ARE ALL GETTING THE BOOT… THEY ARE TOO CRAZY EVEN FOR TRUMP’S CLOSEST ALLIES… THOUGH NOT FOR TRUMP HIMSELF…. SO DANIELS DAYS IN HIS GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED JANITORS JOB IS LIKELY DOOMED!!! MAYBE HE WILL HAVE TO MAKE DO WITH A MINIMUM WAGE JOB… LIKE A MAJORITY OF ALL US AMERICANS HAVE TO DO!!! WHAT A HUGE COME DOWN THAT WILL BE FOR POOR DANIEL!

BUT TRUMP IS TOO ARROGANT… AND STUPID… TO PLAY ALONG WITH THAT LITTLE GAME… SO HE IS BOUND AND DETERMINED TO SMASH THE LITTLE COCKROACH IN CHARGE OF NORTH KOREA… EVEN IF HE HAS TO BURN DOWN HIS OWN HOUSE… AND MAYBE THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD… TO DO SO!!! • daniel1154

Ancient history from the mid 90’s? Ok, let’s not go back to the source. Let’s look at more recent blame:

Experts Blame Obama for North Korea’s New Nukes

So when presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio says that “North Korea is run by a lunatic who has been expanding his nuclear arsenal while President Obama stood idly by,” and Jeb Bush blamed the “Obama Clinton foreign policy,” they’re on the mark.

Usually, smart political observers ignore opposing presidential candidates clamoring to blame the sitting president for an international crisis. This time, however, it’s not mere partisanship.

News of a North Korean nuclear test earlier this week set off an explosion of finger-pointing by Republican presidential candidates—Barack Obama, they say, is to blame for the American failure to halt the hermit state’s progress on developing weapons.

Normally such a rabid rush to pin a crisis on Obama could be shrugged off as partisanship, but in this case. Nuclear nonproliferation experts agree: Obama, they claim, is responsible for the failure of America to prevent North Korea from expanding its nuclear program. America’s strategy on North Korea in the first years of the Obama administration, was led by the White House and National Security Council.
The Obama administration concept of ‘strategic patience’ emerged early on in the administration after the scathing experience of North Korea’s 2009 nuclear test. The strategy essentially demanded that North Koreans recommit to concrete steps towards denuclearization—such as allowing inspectors and freezing fissile material production—as a precondition of any future talks.

“It meant that the administration didn’t want to be driven by a DPRK-orchestrated sense of crisis, and would respond in its own time to North Korean initiatives,” said Scott Synder, a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.
“The Obama administration came into office with a healthy skepticism of North Korea’s ability to follow through on its commitments.,” explains Daryl Kimball, publisher of Arms Control Today. The Obama administration “came in with the view that before talks began again North Korea should recommit to taking steps to show that they were committed to meeting that pledge.”

It is a strategy that has proven to be a failure, given the most recent nuclear test. North Korea has simply accepted sanctions and international isolation as the cost of a slow and steady expansion of its nuclear weapons program.

“The problem with this approach, while it is well intentioned and principled, it has not worked. The talks have not begun, the Obama administration did want those talks to happen, but they have not begun,” said Kimball. Today North Korea has enough fissile material for roughly 10 to 16 nuclear bombs, Kimball added. “That’s certainly up from where it was a decade ago.. it was perhaps roughly half of that in 2006, 2007, 2008.”

By demanding that North Koreans take denuclearization steps before talks that would focus on denuclearization, it put the onus for talks on the authoritarian state, thereby buying them time to creep towards strengthening its nuclear arsenal.

“Given that North Korea equates its nuclear weapons with the survivability of its regime, it is extremely unlikely that Pyongyang will take steps toward denuclearization absent assurances of the state’s security,” said Kelsey Davenport, director for nonproliferation policy at the Arms Control Association. “The overthrow of Qadhafi, several years after Libya gave up its nuclear program, likely increased North Korea’s concerns that absent a nuclear deterrent, its regime would be at risk.”
Every nuclear nonproliferation expert The Daily Beast spoke to pointed at the White House and the National Security Council as the main driver of the ‘strategic patience’ strategy.

“I believe the initial thinking on strategic patience came from the White House,” Davenport said. Snyder added, “It is hard for me to attribute authorship for policies on foreign affairs issues like this one to anyone but the White House/NSC. If you were observing DPRK policy in 2009-2011, you would not be focused on State.”

“It was the White House that was pushing it, because they felt that the North Koreans dissed them by conducting a nuclear test in 2009,” said Joel Wit, who worked in the Clinton administration to resolve the North Korean nuclear weapons crisis in the 1990s.

So when presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio says that “North Korea is run by a lunatic who has been expanding his nuclear arsenal while President Obama stood idly by,” and Jeb Bush blamed the “Obama Clinton foreign policy,” they’re on the mark.

The National Security Council declined to comment on the development of the ‘strategic patience’ policy. “We are constantly evaluating what more we and our key allies and partners can do,” NSC spokesman Myles Caggins said. “Our policy has not changed. Denuclearization remains our top priority. We remain in close touch with our allies in Seoul and Tokyo as well as the other Five-Party partners on our shared goal of the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula in a peaceful manner.”

“You can say [strategic patience is] a failure and you can also say engagement is a failure. All of the approaches we’ve used—first to prevent, then eliminate, North Korea’s nuclear weapons program have failed. When we’ve negotiated it’s failed and when we haven’t negotiated it’s failed,” said Gary Samore, who served for four years in the Obama administration as the White House’s Coordinator for Arms Control and Weapons of Mass Destruction. “There are some problems that can’t be solved by diplomacy. This is one.”

One thing is for sure: North Korea’s nuclear program has dramatically expanded over the past decade—during the course of the Obama administration—and the threat is now greater than it has ever been.

“I think that Secretary Clinton and the Obama administration had a false estimation of the behavior of the adversary, they are deluded to believe that they have the same standards and commitments that we do—they are outlaw nations,” Sen. John McCain told The Daily Beast. “They now pose a greater threat now than at the beginning of the Obama administration. That is irrefutable.”

To address the North Korean nuclear weapons program, more than finger-pointing will be required. The response among presidential candidates of both parties was to condemn the nuclear tests—but so far the seeming intractability of the problem has not been addressed with a viable proposal to confront it.

“When we’re talking about Hillary Clinton or any other presidential candidate, one thing that is absolutely clear is that each one of them, if they want to be president, will have to develop a more effective approach to deal with North Korea. They will inherit this problem, it’s not going away,” Kimball warned. “It’s simply not enough to say we need to get tougher… if there isn’t a more sophisticated approach, at the end of their first term they’ll be looking at a North Korea with dozens of nuclear weapons.”

So you just said you and Hitler are two of a kind Dillweed? He is “well informed” just like you?

  • daniel1154

Who said this, Comrade Dillie or Adolph Hitler? Can’t tell the difference between the two from this Hitler quote from May 1, 1927. Sounds just like Dillweed.

“We are socialists, we are enemies of today’s capitalistic economic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are determined to destroy this system under all conditions.”

  • daniel1154

Now, as to why Trump has to deal with this mess:

Flashback: That Time Bill Clinton Said North Korea Would Dismantle Its Nuclear Program

“Before I take your questions, I’d like to say just a word about the framework with North Korea that Ambassador Gallucci signed this morning. This is a good deal for the United States,” Clinton said at the press conference.
“North Korea will freeze and then dismantle its nuclear program. South Korea and our other allies will be better protected. The entire world will be safer as we slow the spread of nuclear weapons.

“South Korea, with support from Japan and other nations, will bear most of the cost of providing North Korea with fuel to make up for the nuclear energy it is losing, and they will pay for an alternative power system for North Korea that will allow them to produce electricity while making it much harder for them to produce nuclear weapons.
“The United States and international inspectors will carefully monitor North Korea to make sure it keeps its commitments. Only as it does so will North Korea fully join the community of nations.”

Since then, North Korea acquired nuclear weapons capability, and has hundreds of ballistic missiles aimed at neighboring countries

When North Korea on Wednesday repeated its intention to plan a missile strike directed at Guam, its wording was filled with conditions and chances for the country to backpedal.

“Make sure you understand that this is not the final decision,” Robert Carlin, the former chief of the Northeast Asia Division at the State Department’s Bureau of Intelligence and Research, told reporters on a call organized by 38 North, a website that brings together experts on North Korea.

“This is a statement about a plan supposedly in process. There are firebreaks built into it. The plan is under consideration, then it’s supposed to be handed to Kim Jong Un, then he’ll make a decision,” Carlin said.

North Korea’s bold threat includes “several places they can stop or give up,” Carlin said.

But when US President Donald Trump said the US would respond to the next North Korean threat with “fire and fury unlike the world has ever seen,” he did not demonstrate similar forethought.

Instead he promised to respond to the next provocation from North Korea with what many assumed to mean nuclear force. Just a few hours later, Pyongyang obliged him, and it issued a specific and disquieting threat.

Carlin, as well as other North Korea experts on the call, agreed that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un would most likely decide against firing the missiles, as they’re unreliable and present a large risk should they fail.

But now Kim has publicly crossed Trump.

Whether or not North Korea follows through with its threat, which is really just an announcement of the intention to create a plan to present to Kim, it has already dealt a severe blow to the US’s credibility.

FASCISM AND NAZZZZI ISM AND ANY OTHER SYSTEM THAT IS DOMINATED BY THE FEW… FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FEW… ARE RIGHT WING!!! BY LONG ESTABLISHED DEFINITION!!! IF YOU WERE NOT SO FREAKING STUPID, YOU WOULD HAVE LEARNED THAT 50 YEARS AGO… WHEN YOU WERE IN THE 4TH GRADE!!! SOCIALISM… LIKE COMMUNISM AND CAPITALISM AND ANY OTHER ECONOMIC ISM… ARE POLITICALLY AGNOSTIC… POLITICALLY NEUTRAL…. THEY CAN BE USED BY RIGHT WINGERS OR LEFT WINGERS OR CENTRISTS!!! THEY CAN BE USED BY TOTAL DICTATORS… OR BY THOSE WHO PRACTICE TRUE REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY!!! THE UNITED STATES IS MOSTLY RUN BY RICH RIGHT WING CAPITALISTS… WE CALL SUCH PEOPLE THE REPUBLICAN ELITE…. BUT DEMOCRATS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO MODERATE THE EVILS OF RIGHT WING CAPITALISM BY USING DEMOCRACY TO IMPOSE MANY ELEMENTS OF SOCIALISM INTO THE WAY WE DO THINGS IN THIS NATION! WITHOUT THOSE ELEMENTS OF DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISM IN THIS NATION, THE UNITED STATES WOULD BE RUN PRETTY MUCH THE SAME WAY THAT THE OLD SOUTH WAS RUN… BY THE FEW, FOR THE FEW, AT THE EXPENSE OF ALL THE REST OF US!!! IN THAT KIND OF SYSTEM, YOU WOULD BE JUST ANOTHER LOW WAGE PUPPET, LIKE I HAVE BEEN MOST OF MY LIFE! AND THAT IS THE KIND OF SUYSTEM THAT RICH RIGHT WING REPUBLICANS WANT TO CRAM DOWN OUR THROATS… AGAIN… WITH THE HELP OF BRAINLESS PUPPETS LIKE YOU!!! IDIOT!!!

  • daniel1154

Comrade Dillweed. The socialism of the left is responsible for low wages and high unemployment. Look at what it did to you, you miserable thing.

The Nazis were a leftist party. The German Workers’ Party in Austria, the forerunner of the Nazis, declared in 1904: “We are a liberty-loving nationalistic party that fights energetically against reactionary tendencies as well as feudal, clerical, or capitalistic privileges and all alien influences.”

When the party became the National Socialist German Workers’ Party or the Nazis, its program included the following:

The National Socialist German Workers’ Party is not a worker’s party in the narrow sense of the term: It represents the interests of all honestly creative labor. It is a liberty-loving and strictly nationalist party and therefore fights against all reactionary trends, against ecclesiastical, aristocratic, and capitalist privileges and every alien influence, but above all against the overpowering influence of the Jewish-commercial mentality in all domains of public life. …

It demands the amalgamation of all regions of Europe inhabited by Germans into a democratic, social-minded German Reich. …

It demands plebiscites for all key laws in the Reich, the states and provinces. …

It demands the elimination of the rule of Jewish bankers over business life and the creation of national people’s banks with a democratic administration.
This program, wrote Kuehnelt-Leddihn, “oozes the spirit of leveling leftism: it was democratic; it was anti-Habsburg (it demanded the destruction of the Danube monarchy in favor of the Pan-German program); it was against all unpopular minorities, an attitude that is the magnetism of all leftist ideologies.”

The leftist obsession with “equality” and leveling means the state must insinuate itself into employment, finance, education, private clubs — pretty much every nook and cranny of civil society. In the name of diversity, every institution is forced to look exactly like every other one.

The left can’t ever be satisfied because its creed is a permanent revolution in the service of unattainable ends like “equality.” People of different skills and endowments will reap different rewards, which means constant intervention into civil society. Moreover, equality vanishes the moment people begin freely exchanging money for the goods they desire, so again: the state must be involved in everything, at all times.

Moreover, each generation of liberals undermines and scoffs at what the previous one took for granted. The revolution marches on.

Leftism is, in short, a recipe for permanent revolution, and of a distinctly anti-libertarian kind. Not just anti-libertarian. Anti-human.

Modern slaves are often consigned to itinerant jobs in the food industry like picking lettuce (REUTERS/Neil Hall)More

Human trafficking and modern slavery are much more prevalent than previously thought, Britain’s National Crime Agency has said, with cases in “every large town and city in the country”.

The agency said it’s currently assisting with more than 300 active police operations targeting modern slavery across the U.K., with cases involving alleged victims as young as 12 being sold to families in Britain from Europe for sexual exploitation or forced labor.

The NCA said previous estimates of between 10,000-13,000 victims in Britain were merely the “tip of the iceberg”.

“The more that we look for modern slavery, the more we find evidence of the widespread abuse of the vulnerable”, said NCA director of vulnerabilities Will Kerr.

Victims are often forced to live in squalid conditions and receive little pay for their labour.

“We have been shocked by the scale of what we have seen”, said Kerr.

“As you go about your normal daily life and as you’re engaged in a legitimate economy accessing goods and services, there is a growing and a good chance you will come across a victim who has been exploited in one of those different sectors.”

WE HAVE TO WONDER HOW MANY MILLIONS OF DE FACTO SLAVES ARE FORCED TO WORK FOR VIRTUALLY NOTHING HERE IN REPUBLICAN DOMINATED AMERICA!!! THOSE WHO HAVE TO WORK FOR MINIMUM WAGE… THE FEDERAL MINIMUM WAGE PLUS 50 TO 100%… DEPENDING ON HOUSEHOLD SIZE AND TYPE OF WORK THEY ARE DOING…. ARE VIRTUALLY SLAVES… AND THERE ARE AT LEAST 75 TO 100 MILLION PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR SUCH LOW WAGES, AND THUS CAN BARELY SURVIVE ON SUCH LOW WAGES!!!
